That's great! The first step is to select what plan fits your needs. We have three different design packages available. Anything from a basic informational website to a full featured dynamic E- commerce site. Once you select your package, your next step is to from our diverse listing of value added website features. This includes everything from search engine submission, to a full featured web forum. After selecting your plan and features your next step is to sign up. After you sign up, you will be contacted by a member of our design team and will begin on the process of establishing your web presence!

4. Do they get one programmer specific to my account? Or is it a group of people?
Once you sign up for on of our Web Design packages, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager. The project manager will be your direct contact with the design team throughout the entire design process and make sure that your vision of the website and the requirements of its functionality are properly communicated and implemented. Your design team will consist of designers and programmers. The exact number will of course be dependent upon the size and scope of your individual project.

5. Do you offer payment gateway integration on eCommerce websites?
Our eCommerce Master site plan comes with everything you need to have a successful and full featured online store. This includes integration of the PayPal payment gateway into your store to process credit card transactions from your customers. Imperial Soft is also able to provide you with a merchant account that can also be integrated for just $19.95 a month (the cost of the merchant account only).

6. What is the turnaround time for any updates?
The turnaround time will depend on the amount of changes. After contacting your project manager you will receive a quote on the price and total time they are expected to take. They will ensure that the updates are completed to your exact specifications and are presented back to you in a timely manner.

7. How long does it take for a design to be completed?
All of our plans have a scheduled time for release. These schedules are attainable provided you have all the text, logo's, and images available when you sign up and respond to our revisions in a timely manner. We take pride in the fact that up until now none of our projects have taken us longer than four weeks to complete, regardless of their complexity.

8. What is your privacy policy?
Privacy and information security remains one of the number one concerns on the Internet today. As a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program, Imperial Soft has always and will always keep private all of our clients personal information. We will never sell or share your personal information to any Third-Party company without your express consent and knowledge.

9. How do I get listed in Google & other search engines?
One of the many valuable features we offer is search engine submission. If you choose that as one of your package features or an add-on feature then our highly trained team will methodically submit your site content to all of the major search engines, e.g., Google, Yahoo, MSN. This will increase the speed in which your site is indexed by these search engines; which will allow you to begin driving traffic to your site quicker. Please note that the listing can take between one and four weeks and is subject to the rules and regulations of the specific search engine.

10. Can you install product NNNNN (Wordpress, dotNetNuke etc etc) for me?
Yes we can! Several of our add-on features deal with the installation and integration of Forums, Picture Galleries, and Blogs. We can use our preferred software or if you have a favorite we can use that too! If we are creating a brand new website for you, you can include any feature from our list for free as one of your package features. If you already have an existing website we can install and integrate one of the systems of our feature list for you for just $95! If the software you would like to install is not listed as one of the available features, don't worry - we can still get it up and running for you.
